The Tour of Britain, London - final stage: 18 September 2010
The circuit was moved from central London due to the visit of Pope Benedict XVI. This was my last occasion in the VIP enclosure*.
The final sprint for the line and Greipel wins his third stage of the race.

On the bell at the line
The riders fly through the finish on the bell for the last lap at 50-60kmh and wheel to wheel.
Andre Greipel (HTC) who is 4-5 places from the front is followed by Geraint Thomas and Bradley Wiggins (both Team Sky) who nonchalantly chat (tactics for the last lap? track training? or upcoming holidays?).

Led by Geraint Thomas over the line at the end of the first lap the team have set their sights on reeling-in the lone breakaway (Matt Brammeier of AN Post Sean Kelly) and so set up Greg Henderson to win the sprint points and bonus seconds at the end of lap 2 (which they duly did)

The seventh edition of the race started in Rochdale and covered parts of Wales, south west England, east Anglia and London over 8 stages.
